How the full-sheet program works
- 1Register what you run through. Material, thickness, sheet size, sheets per order and how often, so your demand can be counted toward a manufacturer order.
- 2We pool it. Registered demand from every shop on the list is added up against a full manufacturer order, which is what lets us buy at skid pricing instead of by the sheet.
- 3When the pool reaches a full order, we place it. Registered shops are quoted skid pricing on that buy first, and pay no freight on their first full skid.
What a registered shop gets
- 5% off cut-to-size, starting today. A unique code, emailed immediately when you register with your business email (personal-email registrations are reviewed first). It takes 5% off the goods on every cut-to-size order for 12 months from the day you register, and anyone ordering with an email at your shop's domain can use it. Shipping and the card processing fee are charged as normal.
- Free freight on your first full skid, when the program opens. One pallet of sheets, freight paid by us, to any address in the contiguous US. A full skid only: single sheets and partial skids ship at the quoted freight rate.
What the program covers
- Materials
- Every material we cut to size today: acrylic and polycarbonate. Acrylic is the material sold as plexiglass. PETG, PVC and HDPE are on the form only so we can see the demand before we commit to stocking them.
- Sheet sizes
- 48″ × 96″ (4×8) is the standard size. 48″ × 120″ and 60″ × 96″ are the oversized sizes, registered alongside it.
- Thicknesses
- 1/8″ and 1/4″ carry most shops; tell us which you run and how many. The cut-to-size shop prices acrylic from 1/16″ to 4″ and polycarbonate from 1/32″ to 1″ today. Full-sheet thicknesses are sized to what the list registers.
- Pricing
- Skid pricing by material, thickness, sheet size and volume, quoted to your account. It is not published, so a competitor cannot read your price off our page.
- Who it is for
- Fabricators and shops, sign makers, resellers and distributors, OEMs, display and fixture builders: anyone buying sheets to make or resell something.

- Can I buy a single 4×8 sheet?
- Yes, by quote. Send the material, sheet size, thickness, quantity and your delivery ZIP through the quote form and we reply with a price and what we can supply. Full sheets and anything over 48″ on the longest side move by freight and ship to the contiguous US only. Pieces up to 48″ price instantly in the cut-to-size shop.
- How does the 5% code work?
- It is emailed to you when you register. At checkout, enter it in the Discount code field in the cart and 5% comes off the goods on that order. It does not discount shipping or the card processing fee. It works for orders placed with an email at the registered shop's domain, so colleagues can use it, and it runs for 12 months from the day the shop registered.
- Who can get the 5% code?
- Shops. Register with your business email, an address at your shop's own domain, and the code is emailed immediately; it then works for anyone ordering with an email at that domain. Register with a personal email service (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com, iCloud and the like) or a domain we cannot verify, and the registration is still saved and still counts toward the pooled order, but we review it before issuing a code. If approved, the code arrives by email and works only with that exact address.
- When does the full-sheet program open?
- When registered demand adds up to a full manufacturer order. We do not set a date, because the date is set by the list: every shop that registers moves it closer. Registered shops hear first when the order places, are quoted skid pricing first, and pay no freight on their first full skid. If you need a full sheet before then, price it through the quote form.
- What is skid pricing based on?
- Material, thickness, sheet size, and how many sheets you take per order and over a year. That is why registration asks what you run through: the answer sets the tier you are quoted at. Pricing is quoted to your account and not published.
- Does registering commit me to anything?
- No. Registration is free, there is no minimum and nothing to sign. All we need is your company and a work email; the rest tells us what to pool and gets you a more accurate quote when the program opens. Your 5% code is yours whether or not you ever buy a full sheet.
