Returns & Refunds

Every VIP Plastics order is cut to size and made to order specifically for you. Because each piece is custom fabricated to the dimensions and materials you select, our returns policy differs from that of an off-the-shelf retailer. This page summarizes how returns, damage claims, and refunds work; it is part of, and governed by, our Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Custom cut-to-size orders

All cut-to-size and made-to-order products are custom fabricated and are non-cancelable and non-refundableonce production begins. For this purpose, “production begins” upon the earliest of: (a) allocation or commitment of materials to your order; (b) commencement of cutting or fabrication; or (c) any allocation of labor or shop capacity to your order. Please double-check your color, thickness, and dimensions before completing your order, and contact us before ordering if you have any questions about specifications.

Damaged or defective items

We stand behind our fabrication. Please inspect every shipment upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, or if it is defective or was not made to the specifications you ordered, photograph the item and its packaging and report it to us in writing at quote@vipplastics.com within two (2) business days of delivery. Retain all original packaging and contents, as they may be required for a carrier claim. Failure to report within that period constitutes acceptance of the shipment as delivered.

Natural variations in color, texture, clarity, finish, thickness, and appearance are inherent to the materials and to the manufacturing process, and are not considered defects. Manufacturing tolerances are described in our Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Return authorization

No product may be returned without prior written authorization from VIP Plastics. If we authorize a return, we will provide return instructions in writing. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Resolution & refunds

Where a claim is approved, your remedy is limited to replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price, at VIP Plastics' discretion. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. This is your exclusive remedy, as described in our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
