Volume and production pricing
One piece or five hundred, cut to the same specification. Send us the run and we will price it.
Most people find us needing one part. Some of them come back needing forty of it every month, and that is a different order even though it is the same part. This page is about the second one.
What changes at volume
Every piece we ship is cut to order, so quantity genuinely changes what a job costs to make — the same setup covers more parts, and the material lays out better across a sheet when we are cutting fifty of something instead of one. That shows up in the price. It is quoted per run rather than published as a table, because the honest number depends on the size, the thickness and how the parts nest.
What a cut shop does that a pack of sheets cannot
- Your size, not a stocked size. Anything from 11″ to 48″ on a side. If your product is 13.75″ × 21″, that is what turns up — no trimming step, no offcut to store, no waste you paid for and threw away.
- 60+ colours. Including the fluorescents and frosted finishes that pre-packaged ranges rarely carry. If your product has a colour, you are not choosing from a shortlist of eight.
- 1/16″ through 2″. The same supplier for a thin inlay and a two-inch block, quoted the same way.
- Edge finish specified up front. Saw-cut, flame-polished or diamond-polished, decided per run rather than done by hand afterwards.
- Prototype and production from one place. Price one on the site today, order the run next month against the same specification. Nothing about the part changes because the quantity did.
Reordering the same thing
A repeat order should be boring. Quote the colour code, thickness, dimensions and edge finish from your last order and you will get the same part — colour codes here are stable identifiers (2025 is black, 3015 is white), not seasonal marketing names that quietly get replaced. If you would rather not keep the numbers yourself, reply to any order confirmation and we will pull the spec off the previous job.
Send us the run
Size, thickness, colour, edge finish and quantity — plus how often, if it repeats. A drawing helps but is not required for straight cuts.
Request a production quote — or price a single piece first in the shop and send us the link.
Not what you are after?
If you want full 48″ × 96″ sheets rather than cut parts, that is wholesale sheet goods. If you are cutting the parts yourself on a laser, the craft & laser range sizes stock to your machine.
Questions
Do you offer volume pricing on cut-to-size acrylic?
Yes. Because every piece is cut to order rather than pulled from a pack, quantity changes what the job costs us and the price reflects it. Send the size, thickness, colour and quantity and we will quote the run.
What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum. A single piece prices instantly on the site; a production run is quoted. The same specification is available at either end, which is the point.
Will repeat orders match the first one?
That is what a specification is for. Reorder against the same colour code, thickness, dimensions and edge finish and you get the same part. Colour codes are stable identifiers, not marketing names.
