Dark gray expanded PVC sheet
Dark gray expanded PVC is the same light, stiff foam board as the white, colored through so a cut edge stays gray: display panels, backers, exhibition and point-of-sale boards, models and sign faces in a neutral that stays out of the way of the graphics. It is the foam board, not our gray rigid PVC, which is the dense sheet for machined parts. Cut to your exact size from 12" per side, saw cut to a square edge, in 1/8", 1/4" and 1/2". It is a panel material, not a structural one, and a dark sheet in direct sun will bow, so keep it indoors or shaded. No minimum order.

Never put PVC in a laser
This applies to every PVC sheet on this page, foam and rigid alike. Lasering PVC releases chlorine gas and hydrochloric acid: it corrodes the machine's optics and rails from the inside, and it is dangerous to your lungs. It is the most common way a laser cutter gets ruined. Cut PVC on a saw, router or knife, and if you are shopping for laser stock, buy acrylic.
