White HDPE sheet
Opaque white HDPE in a UV-stabilized line, so it is the sheet to use outside and around water as well as in the shop: boat and dock parts, outdoor cabinetry, guards, fixtures and wear surfaces. Cut to your exact size from 12" per side, saw cut to a square edge, in 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" and 1". HDPE cannot be glued, so plan on screws, bolts or plastic welding. No minimum order.

HDPE and lasers: expect a poor result
HDPE is not a laser material. The beam melts it rather than cutting it, and the edge comes out rough, beaded and out of square. It is not dangerous to try, but you will not get a clean part. We cut HDPE on a saw; if you are buying stock for a laser, use acrylic.
