Gray HDPE sheet
Opaque gray HDPE in a UV-stabilized, marine-grade line: the sheet for boat and dock parts, outdoor cabinetry, guards and wear surfaces that live in sun and water, in a solid gray rather than white or black. Cut to your exact size from 12" per side, saw cut to a square edge, in 1/2". HDPE cannot be glued, so plan on screws, bolts or plastic welding. No minimum order.

HDPE and lasers: expect a poor result
HDPE is not a laser material. The beam melts it rather than cutting it, and the edge comes out rough, beaded and out of square. It is not dangerous to try, but you will not get a clean part. We cut HDPE on a saw; if you are buying stock for a laser, use acrylic.
