Black HDPE sheet
Opaque black HDPE in a UV-stabilized line, for outdoor and marine parts as well as the shop: machine guards and covers, wear strips, jigs, fixtures and anything that should look the same in five years as it does today. Cut to your exact size from 12" per side, saw cut to a square edge, in 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" and 1". HDPE cannot be glued, so plan on screws, bolts or plastic welding. No minimum order.

HDPE and lasers: expect a poor result
HDPE is not a laser material. The beam melts it rather than cutting it, and the edge comes out rough, beaded and out of square. It is not dangerous to try, but you will not get a clean part. We cut HDPE on a saw; if you are buying stock for a laser, use acrylic.
