Why 1/4" blue acrylic?
The all-purpose workhorse and our most popular thickness. At 1/4″, acrylic is rigid enough to stand on its own in most sizes, which is why it's the default for tabletops, shelving, risers, desk shields, and protective barriers. If you're unsure which thickness to choose, this is usually the right starting point.

Blue 2329 is a translucent blue in our range — glowing under backlight and solid-looking by day. Use it for illuminated displays, signage, and craft or hobby work that calls for a specific blue. Reference the 2329 code for an exact match among the several blues we carry.
